Your service may be delayed or moved to another day when there is severe weather, heavy snow, or anything else that makes it unsafe to work in your yard.
Please make sure we can get into the yard on your cleanup day, and tell us about any special access. If the gate is locked and we cannot get in, your service may need to be moved to another day.
